Paul has separate degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science.

These are backed up over 25 years experience working in every realm of Software Engineering and the Software lifecycle - from concept and specification through programming and testing to project management and quality assurance.

Paul is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS).

Away from the keyboard: Paul is a keen woodworker - a dab hand at everything from children's toys to decks and sheds; he's a keen reader and is often to be found lurking amongst the shelves of Waterstones, Bury and the various branches Bury Library; he plays guitar and piano/keyboard; is an amateur photographer and he somehow became a doting grandfather along the way.

Paul also has a degree in Filosofia y Letras from the University of Valladolid, Spain - but you'd better ask him about that.
